I value a peaceful, clean home environment and enjoy reading, music, relaxing, and spending time with my friendly cat. LOOKING FOR: Prefer a 9-5’er but flexible for sure. Someone must have full-time employment or steady income and can pay bills on time. Looking for a clean, and respectful roommate with a sense of humor, who is cat-friendly and 420-friendly. If you’re into non-stop partying at the apartment we are not a fit. No couples, additional pets, or cigarette smoking.
