Hi! We're a house of 5 — 2 men, 3 women, one very chill cat, and one very sweet old dog — living in a gorgeous 5BR/3.5BA home on one of Greenpoint's prettiest blocks.

Steps to the G train and McCarren Park. A 15-minute walk to the Bedford L or the Ferry. 8 minutes to VITAL. You're well-connected without the noise.

This place is special. Beautifully renovated inside and out, it stands out even on an already-idyllic leafy block. Here's what you're getting:

Lower Level Bedroom: Available for August and long-term lease
The available room is on the lower level with an en-suite bath — and it is massive. Honestly studio-sized, and the largest bedroom in the house. One of only two rooms with a private bathroom. The room will come partially furnished, but if you end up living here for the next year, you're welcome to bring in your own furniture. A couple of honest notes: the room doesn't have windows, and has a curtained entrance rather than a door. But, the space can be a home gym, king bed with room to spare, dedicated WFH setup, guest space, indoor sauna situation all at once. Our current tenant has happily lived here for two years (with his dog!).
Rent: $3400/month + utilities

This is a peaceful home first, a shared space second, and a little community always. We love the occasional dinner party, potluck, Sunday brunch, wine tasting, workshop, or living room concert — and we love when everyone participates, not just attends.
