Hi all 🙂 I’m looking for a woman/female-identifying person in their late 20s/early 30s to get on the lease for a beautiful bedroom in a 3BHK apartment in an elevator building from August 1 in Bushwick, Brooklyn (5-min walk off the Kosciusko Street J train).
* The bedroom is unfurnished and has a double closet.
* The house is fully furnished.
* Rent is $1980 per month
* Bills - $100-220 per person per month based on the season.
* Dishwasher in unit
* Washer drier in building
* The house and room are both very well lit!
* Building has an excellent rooftop with seating
* The living room has a small balcony.
You get a private bathroom, and we share the third room as an office / art space. The building is passcode secure where you and your packages are all safe.
You: LGBTQ+ and/or LGBTQ+ friendly, woman or femme, late 20s / early 30s, has an in person or hybrid job. Priority given to folks who are creatively inclined.
